What is The Big Escape admission price?
Thursday - Sunday admission is prepaid at $105.00 and covers all parties.

Do I have to book all three days?
No, but there is a two-night minimum.

Are tickets refundable?  No

Are tickets transferable?
You can transfer your ticket to another person prior to March 21, 2022

Does admission fee include hotel room?
No. The hotel room is an additional cost. Standard rooms are $125 plus tax per night.

When will the hotel charge my credit card?
First night charge to your credit card will be upon reservation starting December 3, 2021
Hotel will advise when final payments are due.

What is the Hotel Cancellation Policy?
 This is a pre-paid event which means your room and admission must be paid in advance. First night reservation is non- refundable.

Do I have to stay at the host hotel to attend the event?
No, it’s not required but most do stay on site. Plus, we want you to be safe and not be tempted to drink and drive.

Can I have non-The Big Escape visitors in my hotel room?
No. They will be removed from the property.

Are there microwaves, irons and mini fridges in the sleeping rooms?
Yes

Are meals included?
No, but there are several restaurants and fast-food establishments in the area.

Which airport is closest to Liyo Inn?
Newark International Airport is approximately 40 minutes by car from hotel

Does hotel offer a shuttle to and from the airport?
No.

Can I bring my own drinks into the ballroom for the night parties?
No. There will be a cash bar available for guests each night.

Does the hotel have an elevator?
Yes

I’m single attending alone. Will I make friends easily?
Babs is a big friendly bunch and trust you will make friends that will last a lifetime.

Do many couples attend?
Yes! Singles, couples and friends all attend. Babs accepts everyone.

What is a room crawl?
After the main party on Saturday night guests will open their room doors to share food and drink. There will be a DJ playing music in the halls and everyone is encouraged to come out and mix and mingle.  This is a fun way to extend the party and meet more people.

Will there be security?
Yes, our priority is everyone's safety.

Covid Policy: In the event of any Natural Disaster or Public Health Emergency such as Covid-19
Babs BBW will follow prevention protocols and adhere to all CDC, Local, State and Federal Government Guidelines. Should a Public Health Emergency occur organizers will postpone The Big Escape 2022 to a safer date and all tickets will be transferred to the new date.
Please know this is a proof of vaccination event or proof of covid negative test taken within 72 hours of April 7, 2022   All Sales are Final. No Refunds. The purchase of The Big Escape admission ticket acknowledges and affirms agreement with this policy.

Event Policy: Attendees to Babs events should be over 25 years of age. Identification will be required to drink regardless of age.  You agree that by participating in this event you accept all responsibilities for your own actions. You agree that by participating in this event, that you will not hold Babs BBW responsible for any loss or injury to your person or property.

Babs BBW reserves the right to change the schedule of events and admission price at any time.

In attending Babs BBW The Big Escape event you understand that it is your responsibility to inform any photographers if you do not wish your picture to be taken.

If Babs BBW The Big Escape is cancelled the organization will not be liable for your non-refundable travel arrangements. Please ask your travel agent about trip cancellation insurance.
