Refund/ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to XXLTravel@aol.com  Cancellations received on or before December 1, 2010 will be 100% refunded. Cancellations received between
December 2, 2010 to January 2, 2011 will be 50% refunded. 
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after January 3, 2011.
 After that date, the resort will expect payment in full for all rooms reserved in our room block
even for “No-show” guests.
