   Please note early birds can book Thursday November 2, but the official event begins on Friday unless we get a full house on Thursday then we  will extend the event. The rate is $139.00 per night.

    first night deposit payable at time of reservation and is non-refundable.

    Second Payment October 6, if you book a third night it will be charged on October 13
