Catherine's Closet is an organization that provides prom dresses to low income young women who would otherwise have to sit out the prom. Babs Social Club volunteers service to this worthy organization and first hand can say the dresses are beautiful. Spread the word that on April 16 Babs will be in the house as personal shoppers helping young women pick out their dresses.
Dresses are only $20.00!  Saturday April 16, 570 Broad St. Newark New Jersey 8th floor.
9am -12 noon. Catherine's Closet also provides scholarships.

The Community Food Bank of New Jersey needs
help so Babs will be there helping feed the hungry.

National Women Build Week challenges women to help eliminate poverty housing. Babs Social Club in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity will help build a house. We put on our hard hats and pick up a hammer. Professional women electricians, carpenters, painters, plumbers, roofers etc will be on site. No experience is necessary just a willingness to pitch in and learn new skills.
 May 8th

New York Central Park Aids Walk. Babs Social Club is proud to be a sponsor. Come out and walk with us or throw some water on us. Babs table will be held down my Ms. Ujazi so stop by and pick up a free water bottle. Contact us if you would like to take part in this worthy event Sunday May 15th.

 

Now as you see Babs is more than skipping a beat around the dance floor. Our commitment is to the community and if while helping others we get a chance to have fun then it’s all good.
